Location: Grand Rapids MI 49546 Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday Shifts: Mornings and Afternoons available Pay: $20.00/hour or more depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations and lead the team during shifts Train guide and support kitchen staff to maintain quality and efficiency Ensure all dishes meet recipe portion and presentation standards Manage kitchen workflow and coordinate with front-of-house as needed Enforce proper food safety and sanitation standards across the kitchen Step in on the line and support stations as needed during service Assist with inventory ordering and minimizing food waste
What We Are Looking For:
Previous experience leading or supervising a kitchen team required Strong background in Italian cuisine and cooking techniques Ability to train and motivate staff while maintaining high standards Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-volume environment Reliable hands-on leader with a passion for food quality
