Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individuals relevant knowledge skills and experience. • Cleaning and maintaining high areas which may need dusting or cleaning such as vents duct covers lights & fixtures beams signs columns ceiling tile and televisions.
• Cleans and maintains offices hallways lobbies lounges rest rooms corridors elevators stairways escalators Slot Machines and other work areas.
• Clean parking lot: pick up trash and cigarette butts sweep occasionally pressure wash area around entrance and smoke shack.
• Keep front entrance clear of snow and ice: shovel snow from all exit areas of building apply salt (ice melt) where and when needed.
• Sweep mop and vacuum floor.
• Cleans rugs carpets upholstered furniture and blinds.
• Washes windows door panels and sills.
• Empties waste baskets and empties and cleans ashtrays.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Keeps storage rooms clean and organized.
• Answers guests questions about the facility.

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. High School diploma or equivalent and/or six months related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic computer knowledge
• Must be able to read and write in English and have good verbal communicating skills
• Basic math skills such as adding subtracting fractions decimals percentages etc.
• Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions
