Lead Care Pros help create stability for clients families and fellow Care Professionals by supporting Starts of Care caregiver transitions and high-quality client experiences while continuing to provide hands-on care.

What Youll Do

• Provide exceptional non-medical care and companionship
• Support new client Starts of Care
• Help stabilize higher-need client situations
• Assist with caregiver transitions and shadow shifts
• Mentor and support fellow Care Professionals
• Communicate with Scheduling HR and Client Care teams
• Build strong relationships with clients and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and professionalism

What Were Looking For

• 2 years of caregiving experience preferred
• Dementia/Alzheimers experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Dependable professional and solutions-focused
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
