The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is currently seeking a Lead Business Operations Project Management Specialist to join the team in Everett WA; Mesa AZ; or Seattle WA.
This individual will provide hands-on leadership for an operations team managing complex divisional requirements end-to-end while mentoring team members and ensuring actions Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) program reviews etc. are completed.
You will be responsible for balancing tactical execution with continuous improvement to optimize team performance and ensure division operations are successful.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide oversight of actions related to operations risk and portfolio/financial management
Ensure consistent follow through
Build and maintain operational rhythms including regular meetings reporting and performance metrics to ensure alignment and accountability across teams
Prepare materials for executive meetings including presentations reports and strategic documents
Manage stakeholder relationships across the organization ensuring effective communication and alignment on strategic priorities
Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement encouraging team members to share ideas and best practices
Demonstrate versatility and resilience in navigating challenges and adapting to changing business needs
Demonstrate extremely high levels of attention to detail
Produce high quality deliverables with minimal rework
Respond well to fast-paced feedback-rich environments
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10 years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
10 years of experience directly supporting senior/executive leaders
10 years of experience in data analytics engineering information technology or an equivalent technical field
5 years of experience working in a lead role responsible for planning organizing and leading personnel to solve complex technical problems
5 years of experience with business operations and/or business process improvements
3 years of experience working with Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or equivalent work or military experience
10 years of experience communicating with executive audiences
10 years of experience collaborating internally across multiple organizations
Experience leading a team either formally or informally mentoring and supporting team members
Experience in Program Management Compliance Risk Management and Finance
Experience with OKR goal-setting framework
