About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business execution consultant to serve as a Development Coordinator providing support to theNewly Licensed Banker Onboarding (NLBO) program across the National Branch Network. NLBO provides structured onboarding support to accelerate relationship management skills and enhance the productivity of newly licensed bankers. Development Coordinators are responsible for overseeing onboarding of Newly Licensed Bankers postlicensing and ELP providing guidance and collaboration to branch managers and bankers to ensure skillbuilding efforts align with expected progress and business outcomes. Their key responsibilities include managing onboarding logistics coordinating experiential learning activities facilitating coaching and skillbuilding monitoring progress in learning platforms and providing leadership visibility. They will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive coverage across all core markets within the Atlantic & Southeast or Mountain & California divisions.


In this role you will:

  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize plan and execute a variety of programs services and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives limit risk exposure and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business groups functional area or products facilitate decision making and issue resolution and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group


Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of Business Execution Implementation or Strategic Planning experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 2 years of Management experience which considers the needs and learning styles of a diverse team
  • Experience building effective relationships and maintaining strong partnerships with ability to influence and collaborate
  • Experience working with branch employees and coaching or mentoring other leaders both in person and virtually
  • Strong understanding and experience with branch customer-focused behaviors coaching processes branch business processes procedures systems operations and customer segments
  • Understanding of the behavior framework the management cycle and the tie into growth
  • Experience coaching or influencing within the affluent or high net worth customer segment
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and across the organization where flexibility collaboration and adaptability are important
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and competing priorities exercise independent judgment and use critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated analytical skills combined with strategic business focus and a passion for the customer experience
  • Demonstrated experience with project management and project execution
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
  • Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills

Job Expectations:

  • This position carries responsibility for ensuring comprehensive coverage across all core markets within the Atlantic & Southeast divisions or Mountain and California divisions. The incumbent must demonstrate flexibility and a commitment to working the hours necessary to sustain operational continuity and strategic objectives

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance skills experience or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$119000.00 - $224000.00
