Location: Philadelphia PA (Hybrid Local or Open to Relocation)

Compensation: $130K $135K Base 12% Bonus Benefits

Key Requirements

• Local to Philadelphia PA or willing to relocate
• Strong hands-on SQL experience (Mandatory)
• 4 years of experience in Data Management Data Analytics or Data Engineering
• Experience leading teams of 3 members
• Maximum 12 years of total experience
• Stable work history with strong tenure (avoid frequent short-term contracts)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities:

Data Validation & Migration

• Lead validation activities for migrated data assets.
• Ensure data accuracy completeness consistency and compliance with business requirements.
• Develop and execute validation strategies for large-scale data migration initiatives.

Requirements Gathering & Execution

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business and data requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear and actionable validation plans for offshore teams.

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor an offshore team of 3 6 members.
• Prioritize workstreams and ensure timely project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Client Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for validation-related activities.
• Communicate project status risks issues and mitigation plans to stakeholders.

Data Quality & Governance

• Define validation checks and testing strategies.
• Ensure data integrity and quality throughout migration efforts.
• Drive process improvements and automation opportunities.

Innovation & Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to automate validation processes.
• Recommend scalable solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
