Job Description :

• Business AnalystExperience5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering business process modeling and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit analyze document and validate business functional and non functional requirements.
• Conduct workshops interviews and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements.
• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) user stories use cases process flows and data business requirements into clear and actionable specifications for technical teams.
• Manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project planning estimation risk assessment and change management activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance frameworks.
• Assist project managers in tracking requirements dependencies and deliverables.
• Contribute to project documentation and knowledge management.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design future state processes and recommend automation opportunities.
• Perform gap analysis and root cause analysis to address business challenges.
• Support business transformation and continuous improvement SkillsExperience working in Agile Scrum Waterfall or hybrid project environments.
• Proficiency in creating BRDs FRS user stories process maps and workflow diagrams.
• Strong analytical problem solving and critical thinking communication presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Requirements Management using Jira Azure DevOps and Confluence.
