Job Summary:
The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for helping with the oversight of the daily maintenance repair and preventative maintenance operations of the hotel. This position ensures that all guest rooms public areas building systems grounds and equipment are maintained in a safe efficient and guest-ready condition.
Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $23.00/hr. - $30.61/hr.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC plumbing electrical carpentry painting pool and hot tub equipment and mechanical systems.
- Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests.
- Lead train and mentor maintenance team members.
- Coordinate contractors and vendors.
- Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and records.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA fire safety and hotel brand standards.
- Manage inventory supplies and maintenance-related purchases.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3-5 years of maintenance experience in hospitality facilities or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC plumbing electrical drywall and general repairs.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
Preffered Skills:
- Must have or be able to obtain Certified Pool Tech Certification
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and safety.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions while completing a variety of tasks
- Ability to stand walk climb ladders bend and work in varying conditions.

- Availability for emergency and on-call situations.
The expected pay range is$23.00/hr. - $30.61/hr.. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
