Lead Behavior Technician Part TimeAfternoon

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• RBT certification (or willing to obtain certification)
• Proven experience working with children (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to the center
• Ability to work from 4-7 PM Monday-Friday (able to close the center)
• Ability to work flexible hours

BT Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA
• Provide 1:1 therapy to children with autism using evidence-based ABA techniques
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session
• Communicate client progress and concerns with the supervising BCBA
• Assist with skill development in areas such as communication social interaction and daily living
• Support behavior reduction programs by implementing strategies to address challenging behaviors
• Participate in initial and ongoing training programs including team meetings and supervision sessions
• Follow Flywheels clinical policies procedures and documentation requirements
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions

LEAD Responsibilities:

• Support onboarding of other BTs within the center and provide ongoing support as needed.
• Provide coverage for therapist cancellations by filling in for missed sessions when assigned ensuring continuity of care for clients
• Assist with admin tasks in the center including organizing materials center set up and clean up and creating seasonal decorations and preparation of activities etc.
• Lead daily afternoon group activities from the provided curriculum including preparing materials facilitating activities and supervising participants to ensure a safe and engaging environment.
