What Youll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality and service
• Create and maintain a welcoming professional and energetic bar atmosphere
• Train mentor and support bartenders and bar staff
• Assist in developing seasonal cocktails features and bar offerings
• Ensure consistency in drink quality presentation and service standards
• Maintain full knowledge of cocktails beer wine and club offerings
• Manage bar setup cleanliness organization and inventory levels
• Monitor and assist with ordering stocking and bar pars
• Accurately handle payments tabs and cash controls
• Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Communicate effectively with service staff kitchen and leadership team
• Assist with scheduling support opening/closing duties and daily operations
• Help drive a fun engaging and memorable Member experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Passion for hospitality service and craft bartending
• Previous bartending experience required; leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of cocktails wine and beer trends a plus
