This position requires real automotive repair experience including:

• Check engine lights
• Drivability diagnostics
• Electrical testing and diagnosis
• A/C diagnostics and repair
• Brake repairs
• Suspension and steering repairs
• Cooling system repairs
• Engine performance concerns
• Fluid leaks
• Warranty company inspections and repairs
• Quality control
• Helping develop younger technicians when needed

Eligibility requires completion of 90 days of employment in good standing full-time availability proper attendance compliance with shop procedures quality workmanship proper documentation no major avoidable comeback pattern and management approval. Gross weekly earnings are calculated before taxes and based only on full scheduled work weeks completed. Partial weeks missed time unpaid time off disciplinary periods and failure to follow process may disqualify the bonus.
