What Youll Be Responsible For

• Build strong customer relationships from initial write-up through vehicle delivery
• Listen carefully to vehicle concerns and accurately document repair needs
• Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and professionally
• Coordinate communication between technicians and customers throughout the repair process
• Manage workflow efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and follow-through
• Utilize digital shop management systems for estimates approvals and communication
• Support overall production goals while maintaining integrity and trust

What Were Looking For

• 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer
• Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and vehicle systems
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working with digital shop workflow systems
• Valid drivers license

Compensation & Benefits

• $75000 $130000 per year based on performance
