JOB DESCRIPTION - ADVANCED PRACTICE PROVIDER (APP) LEAD - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Provide high quality efficient medical care to patients in the Department of Medicine/Endocrinology in the outpatient offices.

Responsible for general oversight of the Advanced Practice Providers; including education communication quality initiatives and scheduling of staff. Foster an environment of camaraderie and engagement among Advanced Practice Providers group and collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary staff.

Minimum of 2 years working as Licensed Advanced Practice Provider. Leadership experience required. Endocrinology experience preferred.

Masters Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant degree is required.

New Jersey License: APN and RN or PA
American Heart Association BLS
Certification: NCCPA

Scheduled Days / Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5pm
