You will report directly to our Vice President of HR Services and youll work out of our Charlotte NC location on a hybrid work this role you will impact the effectiveness and efficiency of the HR Services team by providing essential administrative support that enables the team to focus on delivering high-quality HR services to employees and managers.



Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate logistics for leadership and team members.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
  • Prepare proofread and distribute HR-related documents reports and presentations.
  • Serve as a liaison between HR Services and other departments to facilitate communication and information flow.
  • Assist with organizing HR events training sessions and team activities.
  • Maintain confidential HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

WE VALUE

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Experience supporting Human Resources.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective relationships.
  • Strong time management skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
