Core Responsibilities
L&DProject and Program ManagementManage the end-to-end process ofdeployingskill-basedlearninginterventionsin amanufacturingenvironment.Coordinate onsite activities and collaborate withstakeholders(including external vendors where necessary)to deployblended solutionson the site.
Onsite FacilitationLead in-person facilitationof learning programs tailored for amanufacturingaudience. Ensure effective deliveryengagement& follow-up.
eLearningDevelopmentand Digital Learning Management
Collaborate with globalteams todeploy and manageengaging digital learning content and platforms.
Needs IdentificationProactivelyidentifypotential issues skill gaps and future learning needs through discussions with management and networks.
Stakeholder CollaborationIntegrate seamlessly into the wider learning environment collaborating closely with Technical Training teams and other functions supporting the development of our Manufacturing sites. Work with stakeholders to define project scope track deliverables and align outcomes with business strategies.
Global NetworkWork closely with peers based in other Manufacturing sites to share knowledge and help develop a globally aligned but locally impactful learning environment.
Data and MetricsTrackandevaluatethesuccess of development initiatives whilst striving to continuously improveormaintainkey L&D metrics.
Continuous ImprovementLeadorcontribute to projects to improve learning and development processes tools and systems and ensure continuous development and innovation of learning approaches and training methods.

We are seeking a dedicatedL&D expertto lead andparticipatein the end-to-end process of translating organizational learning needs intosophisticatedlearning interventionsfor ourmanufacturing site inRichmond Virginia (USA).Although Manufacturing will be the primary audience you will also be involved in building future-fit capabilities across Operations in its entirety.
Do You Have What It Takes
To be successful in this role we imagine that you have:
Experiencedowning theplanningdesigning and delivery oflearning and development interventions.
Training facilitation and coordinationexpertise.
Ability to manage learning programs forshift workersin a production environment.
Experience within anHR functionis preferable.
Ability to create and manage engaging digital learning content and platforms.ExperienceusingWorkdayas a Learning Management System (LMS) would beadvantageous.
Appetite for creative and innovative approachesto learning design.
Excellent communicator with theability to influence and drive activity.
Ability to work independentlyas well ascollaborate with global teams.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $104327.00 - $156491.00 based on anticipated responsibilities market benchmarks and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including but not limited to prior experience skills expertise location internal equity and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details inclusive of benefits will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
