The Importance of the Role
The Opportunity to Make a Difference
As a Law Clerk Co-op you will contribute meaningfully to active legal matters and projects that support Sareptas mission. Responsibilities may include:
Assisting attorneys and paralegals across the Legal department on a variety of legal projects aligned with both business needs and the interns areas of interest
Conducting legal research and analysis to support ongoing matters and strategic initiatives
Assisting with the review and drafting of basic agreements
Supporting the preparation and review of patent and trademark filings
Assisting with the review and preparation of distribution agreements and SEC submissions
Researching an area of law relevant to Sareptas and drafting a comprehensive memorandum summarizing findings and recommendations
This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical real-world legal experience while making a tangible impact within a fast-paced and mission-driven organization.
Program Timeline
This application is for a 6-month co-op program that will start on July 13th 2026 and conclude on December 18th 2026. This is a full-time 40 hours a week co-op program.
More about You
Bachelors degree in life sciences (Chemistry Biology or related)
Completed at least one year at an ABA accredited law schoolat program start
Comfortable with major legal research tools
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
