MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Hospitality environment experience a plus.

Skills & Knowledge

• Ability to operate commercial washers dryers and folding equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to lift push and pull up to 5075 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Good time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of laundry chemicals and safety procedures preferred.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Sort wash dry fold and distribute linens and terry according to hotel standards.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry room and storage areas.
• Monitor laundry supply levels and alert management when ordering is needed.
• Inspect linens for stains tears or damage and remove items as needed.
• Deliver clean linens to storage rooms or floors as directed.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines including proper chemical use.
• Assist the housekeeping team with additional tasks when needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
