Latin America Intelligence Team Lead-SR

The Senior Intelligence Team Leadis responsible forthe day-to-day management of the contract including staffing financial oversight and technical and programmatic reporting. This role oversees both employees and subcontractors and requiresproficiencyin managing LOE completion and costreimbursable contract types. The Team Lead provides technical and administrative direction ensureshigh-qualityperformance and mentors team members.

The Team Lead will collaborate closely with the COTR and senior customer stakeholders tomaintaintechnical cost and schedule baselines develop deliverables define requirements and set expectations.

Additionalresponsibilitiesmayinclude:

• Ensuring successful technical schedule and cost performance in accordance with contract requirements and company policies
• Developing staffing plans including skill mix and labor allocation
• Recruiting interviewing and hiring personnel as needed
• Assigning work providing technical guidance and reviewing deliverables
• Monitoring contracts sub-contracts and funding; preparing financial forecasts
• Preparing required reports at contract project and financial levels
• Coordinating onboarding activities including security processing and administrative setup

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

• 16 years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis

• 10 years ofdemonstratedexperience supporting Defense Intelligence Enterprise programs including direct experience managing or overseeing intelligence analysis contracts and production requirements

• 3years experienceleading and or supervising teams of intelligence analysts including assigning workloads reviewing finished intelligence products for analytic rigor and providing mentorship and performance evaluations

• Expert-level knowledge of threats to the Western Hemisphere Americas Transnational Crime and Golden Dome for America mission

• Expertknowledgewith ICD 203/206(Analytic Standards) including sourcing uncertainty and analytic tradecraft standards;demonstratedability to enforce and evaluate compliance across subordinate analyst products

• Demonstrated ability to research assess and pilot emerging AI/ML technologies and proven experience integrating and operationalizing AI-enabled tools and methodologies within all-source intelligence workflows (e.g. AI-assisted collection triage pattern-of-life analysis anomaly detection)

• Hands-on experience with Large Language Model (LLM) platforms (e.g. GPT-based tools classified AI environments) applied to intelligence summarization entity extraction document exploitation and automated reporting pipelines

• Working knowledge of defense and production product lines and standards and customer requirements across the Combatant Command (CCMD) and National Intelligence Community (IC) enterprise

• Knowledge of customer processes programs and policies across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise including familiarity with OUSD(I&S) CCMD J2 requirements and IC analytic community standards

Preferred:

• Bachelors degree in a related field (Intelligence Studies Data Science Computer Science Political Science or equivalent)
