The Ideal Candidate

The firm is particularly interested in experienced attorneys in one or more of the following areas:

Successful candidates will ideally have:

• An established legal practice and strong client relationships.
• A portable book of business that can support the attorneys practice on the firms platform.
• Strong client-development and relationship-management skills.
• A track record of high-quality legal work and client service.
• Ability to collaborate across practices and offices.
• Interest in helping grow the firms presence throughout Columbus and Ohio.
• Strong professional reputation and sound judgment.
• Appropriate Ohio licensure or ability to satisfy applicable admission requirements.
