Job Summary

Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Global Payroll practice .

Responsibilities:

Expertise with implementation planning and management as well as multiple countries required.
ADP Celergo implementation project management experience
Fluent in English and Spanish
Location can be anywhere in LATAM - ideal to sit in one of the countries in scope which are the following:
- Mexico
- Colombia
- Trinidad
- Argentina
- Ecuador
- Brazil

Required Qualification(s):

Previously held LATAM Project Manager roles for ADP Celergo implementations

Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date of mid-April 2025 through August 2026 with the possibility of extending.

Level of Effort: Assume f ull time knowing that project demands and timeline may allow for weeks at part time.
