Job Title: Latam Project Coordinator

Remote

12 months

Rate: 30$ to 35$ per hour on W2

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage scheduling of network cutover activities across multiple sites and workstreams at the direction of the customer.
2. Act as the central point of coordination between engineering operations vendors and site contacts to ensure alignment on cutover readiness.
3. Track and validate prerequisites dependencies and readiness criteria ahead of scheduled cut events.
4. Facilitate cutover calls including kickoff execution and completion checkpoints ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders.
5. Maintain and update cutover schedules trackers and status reports to provide visibility into progress and upcoming activities.
6. Escalate risks delays or conflicts that may impact timelines and support mitigation planning to keep execution on track.
7. Support post-cut validation and documentation efforts ensuring accurate capture of outcomes issues and follow-up actions.
8. Open and maintain tickets and change management records associated with cutover and migration activities.
9. Assist with preparation of project documentation including run books test plans and governance documentation.
10. Provide training and support for users technicians and team members as needed.

Requirements:

1. Project Coordination Experience: Proven experience managing project milestones tasks and dependencies in a technology environment particularly in the context of network migrations or infrastructure cutover activities.
2. Scheduling and Tracking: Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining detailed schedules trackers and status reports across multiple concurrent workstreams.
3. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate calls and coordinate across engineering operations vendor and client stakeholder groups.
4. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with enterprise network environments and wireless infrastructure. Ability to understand cutover runbooks validate readiness criteria and support testing activities across multiple WiFi network types (Personal Guest NextGen).
5. Problem-Solving and Escalation: Ability to proactively identify risks and conflicts escalate appropriately and support mitigation planning to keep program execution on track.
6. Documentation Skills: Experience preparing and maintaining project documentation including run books test plans change records and post-event reports.
