Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional welcoming experience for every guest
Educate clients on lash and brow aftercare to maintain results
Recommend and promote products memberships and packages
Perform professional lash and brow services with precision and care
Maintain a clean organized and sanitary work environment

What Youll Bring:

Active Ohio Cosmetology or Esthetics License (required)
1 year of lash experience (preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Dependable transportation and strong work ethic
Confidence in educating clients and engaging in continued learning
Availability for evenings and weekends

When women visit The Lash Lounge they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.
