Compensation: $90000$95000 annually
Location: Northern California - Bay Area Territory-based (8 clinic locations)

About the Role

LaserAway is seeking a skilled Laser Field Service Engineer to maintain troubleshoot and optimize our laser equipment across a multi-location territory. Youll be the critical link between our clinical teams and operational excellence ensuring equipment reliability and clinic readiness.

What Youll Do

• Manage laser maintenance and repairs across 8 clinic locations and 100 medical devices

• Respond promptly to service tickets and on-call issues with flexibility for after-hours support

• Lead new clinic equipment setup and validation to meet launch deadlines

• Perform preventative maintenance diagnostics and parts inventory management

• Coordinate with third-party vendors and troubleshoot complex electrical/optical issues

• Communicate proactively with clinic teams on equipment status and repair timelines

• Create and submit weekly equipment reports

What Were Looking For

• 4 years of hands-on experience in laser biomedical electrical HVAC or similar technical field

• Strong electrical safety knowledge and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent time management problem-solving and communication abilities

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50 lbs climb 8-ft ladders and stand for extended periods

• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and occasional travel (up to 5 days)

• Proficiency with email spreadsheets video conferencing and ticketing systems
