We are currently seekingFirst Class Large Motor Mechanics.
Job Description:
- Disassembly and reassembly of motors pumps and generators up to 12000 HP (13.2kw Voltage).
- Troubleshoot oil leaks vibration problems etc.
- Perform test runs on rebuilt motors.
- Miscellaneous mechanical tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience disassembling troubleshooting and reassembling motors pumps and generators.
- Ability to read drawings and interpret specifications.
- Must be physically able to safely operate equipment able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and capable of standing/stooping/kneeling for long periods of time.
- We are a service industry on call to our customers 24/7/365. To meet our customers needs employees must be able to work overtime as needed including extending hours outside of the assigned shift. This also includes weekends/holidays.
- Must provide own tools (testing equipment is provided by the company).
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
