Job Summary
AlphaGraphics Lake Norman is a locally owned and operated print sign and marketing communications company. We are passionate about customer service and helping businesses succeed. Were growing and looking for a skilled Large Format Sign & Vinyl Specialist to join our team in Cornelius NC.
- Operate wide-format printers
- Produce signs banners decals window and wall graphics
- Vinyl cutting weeding masking and application
- Laminating trimming and mounting graphics
- Fabricate and assemble sign components
- Assist with sign installation when needed
- Maintain equipment and shop organization
- Review artwork and set up production files
- Assist with digital print and bindery when needed
- Follow production schedules and job tickets accurately
- 2 years of experience in large format printing or sign production (preferred)
- Experience operating vinyl plotters laminators and finishing tools
- Familiarity with RIP software (ONYX) a plus
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable positive and team-oriented attitude
- Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
