Top Skills & Years of Experience: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or a related field required 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst 5 years of experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies 5 years of experience gathering and documenting requirements including Epics Features and User Stories 5 years of experience3 documenting current (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business process flows Preferred: Previous State of Michigan experience - Vendor submissions will close on 6/15 at 10am ET.
