Position: Programmer Analyst 4

Job Description: Seeking an experienced Programmer Analyst 4 with strong skills in front-end and back-end development SQL and Agile/Hybrid methodologies. The role involves full-stack work complex SQL Server configurations and collaboration in a hybrid work environment with planned on-site days. Ideal candidates will bring solid experience in Angular JavaScript Java/Spring and Azure DevOps to support backlog management sprint planning and progress reporting.

• 5 years of experience with Angular JavaScript SQL Server and hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
• 5 years of experience with Java and Spring
• 3 years of experience writing and maintaining SQL Server objects (Stored Procedures Functions Triggers Views Tables linked servers)
• 3 years of experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management sprint planning and task tracking
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
