Job Title: Landscaper / Landscape Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining outdoor areas including lawns gardens and commercial landscapes. This role involves physical labor operating landscaping equipment and ensuring properties remain clean attractive and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mow edge and fertilize lawns
• Plant flowers shrubs trees and other greenery
• Trim bushes and trees
• Remove weeds and debris
• Install landscaping features (sod mulch rock irrigation systems)
• Operate landscaping equipment (mowers trimmers blowers etc.)
• Perform seasonal clean-up (leaf removal snow removal if required)
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to operate landscaping tools and machinery
• Physical stamina and ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail
• Teamwork and time management skills

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor work environment
• Exposure to heat cold rain and other weather conditions
• Physically demanding tasks including bending lifting and standing for long periods
