This role manages multiple landscape programs and worksites supervises field leadership and ensures contract compliance service quality and operational is a divisionlevel operations role supporting both government and commercial landscape ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations for multiple landscaping programs and worksitesEnsure compliance with contract requirements service levels and quality standardsSupervise Grounds Maintenance Project Managers/Supervisors Crew Leads and field staffSupport business development new landscaping opportunities and contract growthEvaluate labor and material costs and assist with bid and proposal developmentManage staffing scheduling training and performance managementMaintain positive working relationships with clients agencies vendors and subcontractorsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required4 years of landscape or grounds maintenance experience3 years of supervisory or operations management experienceC27 Landscaping Contractor License preferred not requiredKnowledge of lawn plant shrub and tree care best practicesExperience working with individuals with disabilities preferredValid CA drivers license and acceptable DMV recordBilingual English/Spanish preferred
