Landscape Maintenance Foreman Nature's Workforce at Westminster

Natures Workforce Landscape Maintenance branch of Consolidated Divisions Inc. (CDI) is hiring an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a landscape maintenance crew while working alongside the team in the field.

Pay: $26.00 to $29.00
Schedule: MondayFriday 6:00 AM4:30 PM with occasional weekends. Winter snow removal may require nights weekends holidays and on-call availability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and work alongside a crew of up to 5 employees
• Perform mowing trimming edging blowing pruning weed control and property cleanup
• Ensure quality productivity and safety standards are met
• Train and coach crew members
• Track labor hours complete daily reports JHAs DVIRs and other required documentation
• Safely operate and transport landscape equipment
• Assist with snow removal operations during winter months

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of landscape maintenance experience
• Experience operating commercial landscape equipment
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lead a crew and communicate effectively
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions
