Landscape Installation Crew Lead

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman / Crew Leader to take ownership of landscape installation projects from start to finish. This individual will lead a crew maintain high-quality workmanship and ensure projects are completed safely efficiently and on schedule.

• Lead and manage a landscape installation crew on residential and commercial projects.
• Take ownership of project execution quality productivity and crew performance.
• Install landscape renovations planting beds trees shrubs mulch and decorative features.
• Construct walkways paver patios retaining walls and other hardscape elements.
• Perform grading and drainage improvements to ensure proper water management.
• Read plans and communicate project expectations to crew members.
• Operate and oversee the use of landscape equipment and tools.
• Maintain a safe organized and productive job site.
• Monitor labor hours materials and project progress.
• Train and develop crew members while promoting a positive team culture.
• Communicate effectively with project managers customers and team members.
• Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to company quality standards.

• 2 years of landscape installation or landscape construction experience.
• Previous crew leadership or foreman experience
• Knowledge of landscape renovations grading drainage planting and hardscape installation.
• Experience with paver patios walkways and outdoor living projects.
• Ability to read landscape plans and layouts.
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate skid steers mini excavators and landscape equipment is a plus.
• Valid drivers license required
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
