Description

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for preparing and maintaining landscape areas per contract specifications.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

	20%	Mow grass using power mowers.
	20%	Trim and edge using power weed eater.
	5%	Water lawns trees and plants using portable sprinkler system hose
	5%	Haul and/or spread topsoil mulch straw or pea gravel in lawns or beds.
	15%	Pick up trash and debris by hand or using a poker stick rake or broom. Bag and dispose of trash.
	15%	Operate blower to clean sidewalks and driveway.
5%	Clear beds for planting and mulching. *Perform additional labor as needed for special projects or improvements
	100%	Demonstrate exceptional customer service in *everything you do by placing the child family Veteran or client first to support our mission to Empo*wer people to build better lives for themselves their families and their communities.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Preferred but not required; will train if program needs allow.

ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employers sole discretion.

LICENSES: None required. Valid Drivers License a plus.

VEHICLE: None required. Must be able to get to and from work as scheduled.

OTHER: Must be available and willing to work assigned schedules. Must not pose a direct threat or significant risk of substantial harm to the safety or health of himself/herself or others. Ability to pass a background checks may be NEEDED depending on contract.
