Landscape Construction Foreman Crew Member

Pay: $22.00$40.00 per hour (Based on experience and role placement)

ND Landscape is a well-established landscape construction landscape maintenance and snow management company serving the North Shore of Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. We specialize in high-end residential and commercial landscape construction and are looking to add motivated individuals to our growing team.

We are hiring for Landscape Construction Foreman and Crew Member positions and we are committed to promoting from within. Whether you are an experienced leader or someone looking to build a career in the trades there is opportunity here for growth.

• Install patios walkways retaining walls stairs drainage systems plantings grading lawns lighting and outdoor living spaces

• Read and follow landscape construction plans blueprints and work orders (Foreman level)

• Perform field layout from construction drawings (Foreman level)

• Operate skid steers excavators compactors trucks and trailers (Foreman and experienced crew)

• Assist with material handling site preparation and installation work (all crew levels)

• Maintain clean safe and organized jobsites

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions as part of a professional construction team

• Participate in snow operations during the winter season

• Lead and manage a landscape construction crew

• Track time labor materials and equipment usage

• Coordinate daily production and jobsite logistics

• Train and develop crew members

• Communicate with project managers clients and vendors

• Ensure work is completed to company quality standards

We are hiring both experienced leaders and entry-level team members with the right attitude.

• Minimum 5 years of landscape construction experience

• Proven ability to lead a crew

• Experience reading plans and performing layout

• Strong knowledge of hardscape and site construction practices

• Experience operating construction equipment

• Valid Massachusetts drivers license (CDL or Hoisting License is a plus)

• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills

• Valid Massachusetts drivers license

• Reliable punctual and dependable

• Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team

• Willingness to work outdoors in all conditions

• Physically capable of demanding construction work

• Strong desire to learn and grow in the trade
