• Design and technical experience at a consistentlyhigh levelof accomplishment.

• Exhibits strong conceptual thinking with an ability to communicate ideas both graphically and verbally.

• Develops and implements creative and innovative design ideas concepts and solutions whileparticipatingas an integral member of the design team.

• Understands and consistently executes all aspects of the design process and project complexities to proactively contribute to the overall success of the team while adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in design execution and living design.

• Maintains awareness of evolving landscape technology.

• Understands and responds to technical implications and design decisions.

• Executedrawings for schematic design design development and construction documents.

• Executes responsibilities on projects within the scope of schedule and budget.

• Experience withmarketing pursuits proposal preparation and interviews.

• Experience with mentoring and leading supportstaffthroughdesignprocess.

• Coordinates effectively with partners colleagues and consultants throughout thedesign phases.

• Displays a strong work ethic and desire to learn new skills in support of a growing landscape architecture.
