LADC
We are seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to provide the following services in Inpatient - individual and group counseling develop and implement person-centered treatment plans and support clients in achieving and maintaining sobriety.
$3000 (ADC-T) and $5000 (LADC) sign on bonus to be paid out quarterly over the year
> >This role is based at New Life Treatment Center. Employees in this position are employed by ElevaCare which provides staffing support for New Life.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide individual and group counseling sessions
Facilitate educational and therapeutic groups
Coordinate care with medical and mental health professionals
Document client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with state and federal regulations
Provide crisis intervention (as needed)
Participate in team meetings and consultations
Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
Qualifications
Licensed or able to be licensed as an LADC in the state of Minnesota
Ability to pass a background check
Minimum of two years sobriety if the individual is in recovery
No current problematic substance use
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with peers in a team environment
Commitment to ongoing professional development
