Your Role
As a Laborer youll support the successful completion of construction projects by assisting with site preparation material handling jobsite safety and general construction activities.
What Youll Do
- Maintain a clean organized and safe jobsite.
- Clean and maintain tools equipment materials and work areas.
- Load unload move and stage materials tools and equipment.
- Assist with setting up and dismantling ladders scaffolding and other temporary structures.
- Lift carry and position construction materials and supplies as directed.
- Assist with traffic control and other site logistics as needed.
- Support skilled trades and project teams with general labor tasks.
- Follow all company safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project needs.

ExperienceEducation & Certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Current member of the Laborers Union.
- OSHA 10 certification
- Basic understanding of construction practices safety procedures and quality standards.
- Experience working around heavy equipment and performing grade checking is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage daily work assignments.
Work Location Environment & Travel Requirements
- Work is performed primarily on active construction jobsites in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to stand walk bend kneel crouch crawl and climb for extended periods.
- Safely climb ladders scaffolding and other elevated work lift carry push and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Safely use hand tools power tools and other construction equipment.
- Must have sufficient vision and hearing to safely perform essential job duties.
