I. Job Summary

Performs various tasks at transfer station including containing loose refuse to prevent scattering and directing traffic at the transfer station.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manually picks up windblown paper from periphery of the transfer station. Carries a large plastic trash bag and walks along the fenced border of the transfer station as well as on exterior land adjacent to the transfer station. Pulls paper from the fence and lifts loose paper from the ground depositing refuse in bag until full.
• During the summer months grass is to be mown and landscape areas maintained.
• Performs general site maintenance to include cleaning painting sweeping and general facility repairs.

• Licenses as required by Local State Federal Environmental and/or Health/Safety Regulatory agencies.

Pay: The expected base pay range for this on-site position is $29.57. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates relevant experience education training certifications qualifications and work location
