Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Location: On-site Lawrenceville NJ

Compensation:$24-25/hr.

Employment Type: Full-time Temporary Ongoing

Our client is seeking a Laboratory Technician to collect wastewater samples perform laboratory analyses and support the monitoring of wastewater treatment processes to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Collect influent effluent process and sludge samples. Follow proper sample-handling protocols.
• Conduct wet-chemistry instrumental analysis and microbiological testing.
• Maintain and operate testing instruments.
• Record and report data.
• Maintain quality assurance and quality compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in physical or environmental science.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of the principles of qualitative and quantitative chemistry biology mathematics laboratory techniques equipment terminology and procedures.
• Ability to perform standardized tests quickly and accurately.
• Ability to analyze and interpret test results.
• Ability to keep accurate records and prepare analytical reports.
