Laboratory Project Services Coordinator

Job Summary
- Support study setup and planning activities including attending meetings preparing minutes and action logs and creating protocol-specific laboratory instruction documents
- Assist with protocol-specific Laboratory Centralized Monitoring setup under the supervision of the Project Manager
- Perform routine study tasks such as site loading Investigator Portal access kit shipments and day-to-day study performance monitoring
- Work with internal and external teams to resolve queries protocol questions issues and escalations in a timely manner
- Use status reports monitoring tools and study outputs to identify trends and provide feedback on site and service performance
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders including leading customer communications when the Project Manager is absent
- Support project close-out activities and contribute to meetings audits inspections and study training as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors Degree in life sciences or related field preferred
- 1 years relevant experience (Clinical Medical or Healthcare industry preferred)
- Computer proficiency in word processing presentation and spreadsheet applications
- Ability to support Investigator Portal access site loading kit shipments and Laboratory Centralized Monitoring requirements
- Other Equivalent combination of education training and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- Strong interpersonal communication organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities think critically and solve problems effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and managers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language
- Must be able to comply with all applicable standards as required by the company

The potential base pay range for this role when annualized is $43000.00 - $89500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Required Experience:
