Laboratory Director
A well-respected community hospital located just outside of Goodland Kansas is seeking a Laboratory Director to join their team.
Offering $84300 - $163000/annually 6 months of housing assistance
Laboratory Director Opportunity:
- Full-Time Permanent Direct-Hire opportunity
- Schedule: Day Shift

Laboratory Director Responsibilities:
- Responsible for administrative direction: interviewing hiring orienting in services performance evaluations and termination of employees
- Delegating specific technical and quality tasks while retaining ultimate accountability
- Overseeing quality control programs and proficiency testing results
Laboratory Director Qualifications:
- Must have 5 years of MT/MLT experience
- Must have a Bachelors of Science in Medical Laboratory Science or a similar field
- Must have ASCP Certification as an MT or MLT
