The primary purpose of this role is to support accurate and timely laboratory testing by ensuring proper specimen collection processing and distribution. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of diagnostic results directly impacting patient care safety and treatment decisions. By performing essential laboratory support functions and stepping into phlebotomy duties as needed the role ensures seamless operations across Cooper University Health Cares laboratory services.

Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)- Preferred
