Position:Labor Trainer
Location: Fremont CA
Focus: Training and development of production employees (ILUO quality safety and process training)
Pay for role: $23/hour base $1 graveyard shift premium $24/hr.
Candidate Profile Were Looking For:
Minimum 1 year experience in automotive production or quality environment
Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish/Vietnamese a plus)
Experience with training coaching or mentoring employees
Familiarity with production processes quality standards and 5S
Comfortable working on the floor and supporting operations
Additional Notes:
Candidates must be able to meet the physical requirements of a manufacturing environment (standing lifting up to 50 lbs etc.)
Flexibility with schedule is important to support training needs across shifts
