Labor Tech Mowing Crew

Location: Southwest San Antonio
Schedule: Typically Monday Friday Start Time: 6:30 AM until work is completed (typically around 4:00 PM)
Pay: $18.00/hour

We are seeking dependable Labor Techs to join a mowing and grounds maintenance crew. This position works outdoors maintaining maintenance pond areas and surrounding property grounds throughout South Texas. Candidates should be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment and able to work safely as part of a team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading lawn equipment from trailers

• Operate zero-turn mowers safely and without damaging equipment

• Use weed eaters and other landscaping tools as needed including extended periods of operation

• Pick up trash and debris in and around maintenance pond areas

• Follow instructions and work assignments from the onsite supervisor

• Maintain safe work practices and proper care of equipment

Requirements:

• Ability to lift push and pull up to 40 lbs.

• Ability to work outdoors in South Texas heat and varying weather conditions

• Ability to stand walk bend and perform physical labor throughout the workday

• Must pass a background check and drug screen

• Valid Texas drivers license required

• Experience hauling trailers with lawn equipment preferred

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required

• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus
