Metallus Internship Program

Internship Assignment: Full-Time - Summer 2027

• Start date: 05/17/2027

• Assisting with the recruiting and onboarding process.

• Assisting in labor research.

• Assistingin benchmarking.

• Assisting with projects such as hourly compensation statements to be sent out fall of 2027.

Internship Qualifications

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5

• Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university

• Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of the spring 2027semester

• Preferred majors: Labor Relations Human Resources Psychology with I/O LawBusiness Management with focus/minor in Labor Relations or related

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Microsoft Word Excel PPT andOutlook
