Labor Management and Operations Intern

• Labor Management Data Entry & Migration:  Accurately transfer employee information from existing community master schedule spreadsheets into the new scheduling software.
• Labor Management Data Validation:  Review data entries for accuracy (e.g. names departments job titles master schedule). 
• Scheduling System Support:  Assist in setting up initial community profiles.   
• Scheduling/supporting team training as needed.  
• Communication:  Coordinate with Operations Specialist to resolve data discrepancies and verify scheduling input is complete by the deadlines. 
• Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications :

Level of Formal Education: Completion or pursuing a degree. 

Area of Study: Business Operations Management Information Systems or related field. 

Type of Experience: Senior Living preferred by not required. 

Technical Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel  

Skills and Abilities:  

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.  

Information Systems: Experience with CRM systems or scheduling software is a plus.
