* Key duties involve cleaning and clearing sites digging trenches loading and unloading materials and operating various hand and power tools.

* This role requires physical stamina good communication and the ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.

* Key responsibilities Site preparation: Clean up construction sites remove debris and hazardous materials and prepare the area for construction activities.

*Material handling: Load unload and move building materials tools and equipment to their designated locations.

*Digging and grading: Dig ditches and trenches backfill excavations and compact and level earth using hand tools.

*Assisting tradespeople: Help skilled trades like carpenters plumbers and electricians with their tasks.

*Equipment operation: Operate machinery such as pumps generators and potentially heavy equipment like forklifts under supervision.

* Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.

* Must pass a DT and has reliable transportation.
