• Leverage generative AI and advanced analytics tools such as VincentAI and TrellisAI for efficient case analysis and legal research.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to grow your portable book of business targeting a minimum of $1M.
• Collaborate with a national network of legal professionals to identify cross-selling opportunities and enhance client service.
• Shape the strategic vision of your practice while focusing exclusively on labor and employment law.
• Utilize CoCounsel 2.0 to deliver faster nuanced legal insights and improve overall client outcomes.

• 10 years of experience in labor and employment law with a proven track record of building and maintaining a portable book of business.
