• Manage litigation matters within a leading Labor & Employment practice.
• Take ownership of substantive legal work ensuring timely and effective outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate closely with experienced shareholders gaining significant responsibility and client interaction.
• Develop and implement legal strategies tailored to the needs of a diverse clientele.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Prepare and review legal documents including pleadings motions and briefs.
• Engage in negotiations and settlement discussions to achieve favorable results for clients.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in Labor & Employment law.
• Strong preference for candidates with a federal judicial clerkship.
• Excellent academic credentials demonstrating a solid foundation in legal principles.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-stakes environment.
