Ideal Background
37 years of labor & employment experience
Experience with employment litigation and/or counseling matters
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Deposition discovery and motion practice experience preferred
Experience advising employers on workplace issues is a plus
Ohio bar admission preferred or ability to waive in
