Description
The Lab Technician plays a vital role in maintaining an efficient safe and organized lab environment. This position supports engineering teams by managing inventory equipment logistics and general lab upkeep. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented proactive Customer-Service focused and experienced in working within an electronics lab setting. This role ensures that all lab materialsincluding evaluation boards electronic equipment computer components and general suppliesare readily available and properly maintained to support daytoday engineering activities.
Base salary range is $25 - $45 an hour. The base salary offer will depend on factors such as education experience training skills qualifications and location. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 2 years of experience working in an electronics lab environment.
- Strong organizational abilities and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a Customer Service mindset.
- Experience with inventory management; familiarity with electronics and computer components preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments including Engineering IT Facilities Purchasing and Accounting.
- Experience with asset management processes is a plus.
- Basic understanding of lab safety standards and compliance practices.
- Fundamental knowledge of computer hardware and software.
